Upgrading or downgrading: How to do it via my.Merlot

If you're in need of additional space or resources, you can upgrade your plan through my.Merlot.


Simply navigate to the hosting plan that's in need of a change, and use the right side-bar "Upgrade/Downgrade" option to process the order.

Once you've completed the order, if a pro-rata invoice is generated and payable you'll need to do so before the changes will be applied.
