Auto-reply: Creating an Auto-responder for your Mailbox

cPanel makes it easy for you to quickly add Auto-responders/Out-of-office to your Email Accounts.

Once you've logged into my.Merlot, you can easily login to the cPanel account for the Domain Name in question.

From there, you can search/filter for "Autoresponder" and click through to the page for it. Then click to Add a new one.

We recommend configuring them as follows if you don't have a specific message in mind.

Character set: Leave as utf-8
Interval: 24 hours
Email & domain: Set to your email address
From: Your Full Name <your@email.com.au>
Subject: Out of office RE: %subject%
Start & stop: Set for desired period
Body:

Thank you for your email today.

I'm unavailable at the moment, and will reply upon my return.
