Welcome Email: Re-sending after Service Provisioning

If you need your login details and other info again once your service is deployed, you can re-send your welcome email 24/7.


Start off by logging into my.Merlot then:

  1. Navigate to Services > My Services
  2. Select the Service you wish to re-send
    1. Ie. SHOUTcast, VPS, or other type
  3. Once you're there, view the right side-bar
    1. If it is collapsed, click the "<" arrow
  4. You should see "Resend Welcome Email"
    1. This is under the "Actions" heading
  5. Click that, and then check your Inbox!

If you don't see the email come through within 5 minutes of clicking resend, please contact our friendly Australian crew!
