IPv4/v6: Setting the PTR (rDNS) records for your addresses

To reduce abusive FCrDNS requests, please ticket our Technical Support team to set your PTR record/s.

Whether you're looking to resolve SMTP/delivery issues, verify your ownership, or otherwise, we can help you.

For the time being, to reduce abusive ownership verification requests, we're requiring a ticket detailing your request.

Unless you're a robot with bad intentions, we'll get your PTR record updated ASAP and propagating as quickly as we're able to.

Please note that when services are cancelled or moved to a new IP address during their tenure with Merlot Digital, old records are cleaned.

We're here to help.
