Permanent access holders can access NEXTDC with their IDACs; Others need inducting well ahead of time or paid escorting.
This is non-negotiable - if you require access to any data centre location, you will need to have prepared for it well ahead of time.
Access is almost immediate if you're prepared for the visit - please contact our Operations team via Technical Support to discuss access.
Security on-site is extreme and will be unable to assist you with any requests if you haven't made arrangements ahead of being stuck outside.
